Children and Young People Emotional Wellbeing survey

Healthwatch Lewisham invites you to take part in our survey. Are you passionate about having your voice heard?

You can take part in our survey via the following link

Are you a young person in Lewisham? Share your experiences and views about your emotional wellbeing needs.

We understand that the COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on young people's emotional wellbeing, and we want to hear from you, first-hand, about your experiences. Our survey, in collaboration with the Healthwatch Lewisham Youth Board, invites children and young people in Lewisham to share their experiences of:

  • Your emotional wellbeing needs.
  • Your preferred ways of accessing services to support your emotions.
  • We are also interested in hearing about your awareness of, or your experience with, the Kooth service in Lewisham.

Any young person between the ages of 11-19 (or up to the age of 25 for care leaver or any young people with a learning difficulty or impairment) can take part.

Healthwatch Lewisham is the local independent champion for people who use local health and social care services. We listen to what people like about services and what can be improved, and we share that information with people who have the power to make change happen. The information you share with us will form a report and create findings which can be used to influence services and insight into children and young people’s emotional wellbeing.

By filling in this survey, Healthwatch Lewisham is offering participants the chance to win a £50 voucher. One person will be randomly selected to win the prize. Only completed entries will be entered into the draw. To be eligible, you must be a Lewisham resident. The closing date for entries is 12pm on 1st March 2021. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
